Our CrossFit program is appropriate for all fitness levels – beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just get moving and get healthy, this is the class for you.
Each 1-hour group class is led by an experienced L1 CrossFit coach. Each class includes a warm-up, a skill or strength training component, a metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout and a cool down period. A coach is present throughout the entire class to ensure that athletes are never left feeling lost. Each movement can be modified for each individual athlete’s current fitness and experience level.
