50 Cal bike / Row / Ski

40 Toes to bar (Kipping knee raises) or (V-ups)

30 Power clenas (135/95)(95/65)

20 Muscle ups (bar or rings) or (Jumping muscle up)(Burpee Pull-up/Ring row)
This is a chipper workout, however we want to see how far you can get so that is why we labeled it AMRAP. Scaling options will be on whiteboard.
